Privacy Policy

Look Good Local is operated by Premier Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This page explains what personal information we collect and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.
Three different kinds of information
We handle personal information in three distinct roles, and the difference matters:
- About our customers — business owners who buy a website and review service from us. We decide how this is used, and this policy describes it.
- About our customers' customers — people on the customer list a business gives us for review campaigns, and people who fill in a contact form on a website we host. That information belongs to the business. We hold it on their behalf and act only on their instructions.
- About visitors to this website — covered in the analytics section below.
If a local business asked us to text or email you a review request, or you contacted a business through a website we host, and you want your details removed: contact that business directly, or email us at [email protected] and we will pass it on and act.
What we collect about customers
- When you sign up. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your current website address if you have one.
- When you pay. Billing details are collected and stored by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- When you complete your intake. Everything you tell us about your business, plus any logo or photographs you upload.
- Consent records. If you opt in to calls and texts, we store the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and a one-way hash of your IP address, so we can show what was agreed. The hash cannot be reversed to identify you.
- Support messages. Emails, texts, and change requests you send us.
What we collect for review campaigns
When you give us a customer list for review campaigns, it typically contains your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and roughly when you served them.
We use that list solely to send review requests on your behalf, in your business's name. We do not use it to market our own services, we do not combine it with other customers' lists, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except the service providers who physically deliver the messages. Recipients who opt out are suppressed permanently.
What we collect on websites we host
- Contact form submissions. Name, phone, email, message, and which page it was sent from — delivered to the business the site belongs to.
- Anti-spam data. A hash of the sender's IP address and browser identifier, kept so genuine enquiries can be told apart from automated abuse.
- Aggregate analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track individuals across websites. We can see that a page was viewed or a phone number was tapped — not who did it. The same applies to this website.
Websites we build do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels unless the business owner specifically asks for them.
How we use information
- To build, host, and maintain your website
- To optimize your Google Business Profile
- To send review requests to your customers, on your behalf
- To send you enquiries from your website immediately, by email and by text if you have asked for that
- To take payment and manage your subscription
- To contact you about your account, your trial, your build, and your service
- To report to you on how your website and reviews are performing
- With your consent, to tell you about other services we offer
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messaging
If you opt in, we send text messages of the following kinds: account and service notifications (trial reminders, billing notices, build questions, change confirmations), lead alerts when your website receives an enquiry, and — only with a separate opt-in — occasional marketing messages about our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove you. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Review request texts sent as part of a review campaign are sent on behalf of, and in the name of, the business you were a customer of. Reply STOP to any such message and you will not be texted for that business again.
Mobile information is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages you have consented to receive (for example, our text messaging provider and the mobile carriers) or as required by law.
Who else sees information
We use a small number of established service providers to run our business. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, is bound by contract, and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. They fall into these categories:
- Payment processing and subscription billing
- Website hosting, domain services, and security
- Database and file storage
- Email delivery
- Text messaging and customer records
- Website analytics
- Content storage and image services
If you are a customer and need to know which specific providers we use — for your own compliance or procurement purposes — email us and we will tell you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- Your account. While you are a customer, and for 12 months afterwards.
- Your customer lists. While you are a customer. Deleted 90 days after you cancel, except opt-out records, which we keep so opt-outs stay honored.
- Enquiries from your website. While you are a customer. Exported to you on request, and deleted 90 days after you cancel.
- Signups that never became customers. 12 months, then deleted.
- Consent and opt-out records. Four years, because we may need to show what was agreed.
- Billing records. As long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Receive a copy of it
- Have it corrected or deleted
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of it — we do neither
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights
Nevada residents have a right under NRS 603A to tell us not to sell their personal information. We do not sell it, but you may still submit that request and we will honor it.
To exercise any of this, email [email protected]. We will verify who you are before acting, and respond within 45 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it. Card details never touch our systems — our payment processor handles them entirely.
No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will email current customers. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
